Eating habits
Nowadays, people are really into eating good, delicious, healthy, or unique food. Food has become part of our culture. Yes, food is important to us. Not only is it essential to survive but it is also vital to eat the right kind of food. Why? I want to share a story.
Somewhere in African jungle, there were group of people who wanted to build a hotel for tourists. The hotel was successful; many people came for sightseeing. However, some group of monkeys from the forest smelled the trashcan and started eating people’s thrown away food. Eventually, they gain weight to the point where they could not hang/climb trees. They were out in the shade, taking a nap! When they started to change their diet their countenances and actions started to change. Then, some of the monkeys were having back problems, hair falling out, and even paralyzed.
The scientists, veterinarians, and Public Park associates have gathered together to see what have caused the problem. After they have found out that it was the change of diet, people decided to secure the trashcan door. Monkeys could not open the trashcan door so they had to go back to the forest and were forced to climb the trees again. After a while, the monkeys were able to get back to their old condition and became healthy again.
“Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.” [1 Corinthians 3:16,17] What kind of diet do you have? Do you perhaps enjoy the kind of that defile your body? Do you have constant sickness, disease, or weak immune system? Try changing your diet! Through healthy diet plan, you will have clear mind, soul, and body. Not only does this help you physically but spiritually too! You may be able hear Holy Spirit’s small still voice more clear; you can soak into God’s Word more in depth.
